Refund policy

At X Veda, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

We do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange. Replacement products will be provided free of cost, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Exchanges are allowed only if your delivery address is serviceable by our logistics team.
If a free gift or offer was included with your order, you must return all items (including gifts) before an exchange is processed.
Perishable goods (such as seeds or flowers) cannot be returned if the package is opened or damaged.
Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

To return your purchase, please contact our customer care team and provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank and then contact our support team.

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
To exchange an item, contact our customer support and ship the item to the address provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
