Refund policy

At X Veda, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange. Replacement products will be provided free of cost, subject to availability.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your delivery address is serviceable by our logistics team.
  • If a free gift or offer was included with your order, you must return all items (including gifts) before an exchange is processed.
  • Perishable goods (such as seeds or flowers) cannot be returned if the package is opened or damaged.
  • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

To return your purchase, please contact our customer care team and provide proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank and then contact our support team.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
  • To exchange an item, contact our customer support and ship the item to the address provided.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
